MasterNotes is a fully automated, highly secure cloud based learning management system designed for independent music instructors who want to teach online. With a MasterNotes Virtual Classroom independent instructors can teach live classes of 1 to 200 students, record classes so students can take classes at their convenience, track student progress, administer tests, provide tutoring, and offer instruction to students who normally live too far away to attend live classes.

Bill is President and CEO of WiSC Enterprises LLC, a fast-growing government contractor. Bill is passionate about innovation at all levels of education. The Company benefits from his insights as an engineer, entrepreneur, and angel investor.

CFO

Tim is the Managing Principal of Capefirst Funding, LLC, an institutional lender and investor serving companies in multiple sectors. Tim was CEO of Academic Management Services, Inc., and was an investment banker and management consultant.

David is the Principal Conductor and Artistic Director of both The Carolina Philharmonic and Orchestra 2100. A gifted educator and performer, David created Encore! Kids, an interactive orchestral experience delivered to thousands of children in partnership with schools.
